This course will provide the opportunity to learn the most current information available about the bio-psyscho-social aspects of HIV/AIDS, explore personal and societal values, and develop an understanding of the social issues faced by those who are HIV infected, their families and society as a whole. Students will do extensive research about domestic and international HIV/AIDS issues and integrate their learning using PowerPoint presentations in a professional manner.
