This is a 1-credit, Pass/Fail course that will be a continuation of Fitness and Conditioning I. This course will provide a continuation of cardiovascular endurance, strength training and flexibility. The students will participate both as a class and individually to achieve personal goals set for themselves utilizing all equipment available. This course is not eligible for a letter grade--Pass/Fail grading only.
