|COND 159 - DEEP WATER CARDIO|
Variety of rhythmic exercise selections in the buoyancy of deep water. Course designed to maximize resistance benefits, improve cardiovascular endurance, and all muscle groups in the water with no joint stress or muscle pain. Promotes calorie and fat burning. Aqua jogging belts and web gloves will be provided. Prerequisite: student must feel comfortable in deep water. This course is not eligible for a letter grade--Pass/Fail grading only.
