COND 155 - AQUA AEROBICS
Aqua aerobics are exercise movements performed in the pool with music that comprises a physical conditioning program. Exercising with water resistance allows for fast and safe conditioning while utilizing total range of motion for all joints. Especially good for students with recurring joint discomfort or recovering from injury. No swimming ability needed. This course is not eligible for a letter grade--Pass/Fail grading only.
