Basic techniques and conditioning training will be taught along with drills for the skills of the pass, serve, block, and spike. Offensive and defensive systems will be covered through game play. An additional area covered is the development of the student's speed, agility, and power in performance, which are desirable for enjoyable leisure time recreational volleyball. This course is not eligible for a letter grade--Pass/Fail grading only.
