A challenging 50-minute music-driven cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike. Gain strength and endurance in both mind and body while pursuig your fitness goals. This stationary cycling class utilizes various training techniques and motivational strategies to simulate actual riding experiences such as slow climbs, short sprints and recovery spins for a time-efficient, high calorie burning cardio workout. This course is not eligible for a letter grade--Pass/Fail grading only.
