The course aims to provide a platform for students to identify & explore their own creative abilities and learn creative processes, tools and techniques that can be used to initiate and enhance innovation in an organization. The course will explain the differences between creativity and innovation. various areas that innovation is applied in small-medium-large organizations across different industry sectors as well as describe organizational role based innovation management.
