This course provides an extensive study of the management of information systems and technologies in a corporate environment. The course focuses on why and how information technology is used to meet organizational goals. It is targeted at future managers, making it clear why IT does indeed matter to them and the organization. Furthermore, it enables future business managers to understand how information technology can be applied to improve the organization. Finally, the course provides a framework for business managers to understand their important role with regard to information technology.
