COND 125 - SELF DEFENSE
Introduction to basic martial arts techniques and self-defense concepts. Basic karate blocking, kicking, and punching techniques will be taught through demonstration, practice, and repetition to make the motions natural. Hand, foot, elbow, and head techniques will be covered for self-defense. This course is not eligible for a letter grade--Pass/Fail grading only.
