Acting for Non-Majors is a studio course designed to develop basic acting skills, with an emphasis on the application of acting techniques such as Method, Spolin, and Stanislavski. Students will learn the basic elements of the craft of acting including character, intention, commitment, imagination and physical relaxation. The course helps to increase expressiveness, improve confidence, and strengthen communication skills.
