This precepted practicum facilitates the transfer of advanced clinical theory coursework into practice. Students will integrate advanced clinical knowledge in the care and nursing management of common chronic patient needs using a family centered culturally congruent nursing approach. This practicum involves 135 hours of clinical practice in the role of a nurse practitioner.
