[Study abroad] This course introduces the students to both conventional and traditional healthcare systems in a metropolitan area of China (the City of Nanjing), with emphases on the biological and social determinants of health in the Chinese community in Nanjing, such as transportation, food, age and lifestyle habits (smoking, drinking, etc.). The activities require students to visit locations in NYC and Nanjing, China. This course is cross-listed as SCIN 220.
