COND 150 - RUN FOR HEALTH AND FITNESS |
This course will give students an opportunity to learn how running will improve overall fitness. This is a "learn by doing" course. Students are required to come to class with proper running attire. There will be minimal and basic theory given in class as well. This course is not eligible for a letter grade--Pass/Fail grading only.
