COND 109 - YOGA II |
This course builds on the skills and knowledge learned in Yoga I. Students will be introduced to more advanced Yoga asanas (postures) and techniques of stretching, basic anatomy of the yoga postures, pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation practices and meditation. This course is not eligible for a letter grade--Pass/Fail grading only.
