COND 101 - FITNESS AND CONDITIONING |
An opportunity to develop a personal physical fitness program to improve one's strength level, cardiovascular system, and flexibility. Isotonics (weight-lifting), aerobics, and calisthenics will be a major part of the effort to produce a sound, functional, and efficient conditioning program. This course is not eligible for a letter grade-- Pass/Fail grading only.
