Human Resource Management - This course will explore the impact of demographic, legal, and regulatory change on personnel management practices in clinical organizations. The role of the supervisor in developing and implementing effective strategies to recruit and retain employees will be discussed. Students will analyze ways organizations can create excellence within the organization.
