EDUC 211 - STUDENT LITERACY CORPS
This urban education course is designed to teach Ramapo students methods and techniques of teaching reading to elementary, middle, and high school students. Ramapo students will learn reading assessment techniques, instructional strategies, and how to construct and implement lesson plans. Further, issues of social justice will be explored. There is a required tutoring fieldwork component that will provide the opportunity for students to do dynamic and transformative work.
