COND 140 - ENERGETICS |
Instruction in basic conditioning techniques that will enhance the student's self-awareness of his/her own body kinetics. Learning and practicing correct exercise procedures will prevent injuries and increase the level of performance in many leisure time physical activities. Areas covered will include: warm-ups, stretching, soft aerobic activity, and strength and toning of core muscles. This course is not eligible for a letter grade--Pass/Fail grading only.
