COND 120 - STEP TRAINING |
A two-part class featuring a step workout followed by muscle conditioning to shape and define the body. Cardiovascular workouts improve the efficiency of your heart, lungs, and circulatory system through continuous effort that elevates the heart. The sustained movement is also great for burning calories and increasing endurance. This course is not eligible for a letter grade--Pass/Fail grading only.
