| MUSI 450 - CAPSTONE SEMINAR IN MUSIC |

A capstone seminar for seniors in the Music Major, wherein each student develops a final project in his/her area(s) of specialization: performance, composition, production, research, education, music industry, among others. Active interaction is fostered throughout the development of individual projects. In some cases seminar members will work in direct collaboration with each other, to create final products, presentations, and/or performances toward the end of the semester. Students will also examine their own professional goals and career options, prepare resumes with digital portfolios, and participate in workshops on interviewing, auditioning, and giving presentations.
