ARHT 214 - PHOTOGRAPHY: CONCEPTS AND HISTORY |
This course is an introduction to photography from a global historical perspective, and to the critical debates around different photographic genres such as portraiture, scientific photography, art photography, and social documentary photography. Students will develop a critical language to analyze photography while considering the importance of social and institutional contexts.
