NURS 411 - ENVIRONMENTAL AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH |
This course examines key environmental and occupational health issues. Students study pollutants and other harmful agents in the environment and workplace. An understanding of epidemiological and toxicological principles applicable to environmental and occupational health is gained. Students are taught how to reduce, prevent, and avoid exposure to harmful agents in the home, work, or public health environment.
