An analysis of the laws in a variety of jurisdictions governing commercial and business related transactions. The Uniform Commercial code, adopted in almost every jurisdiction, will be studied in general. Included is a comprehensive examination of the fundamentals of bankruptcy, leases, decedent's estates and trusts, insurance, intellectual property, forms of business ownership with emphasis on partnerships and other selected topics.
