NURS 401 - PATTERNS OF ADULT HEALTH |
This course enables the students to identify short-term and long-term alterations in health patterns of adults and recognize the role of human-environmental interactions on these changes for individuals and families through classroom lectures, seminars, learning lab and clinical practicum. Students actively participate and function collaboratively with health team in planning and providing nursing care to adult clients to achieve, maintain and restore optimal health. 8 credits (4 didactic, 4 laboratory) Pre-reqs: Pharmacology, Patterns of Mental Health, Patterns of Childbearing Family, Patterns of Childcaring Family. Lab Fee.
